CNN – Two-Sided Face

It’s OK to dislike Trump.  I sometimes wish we had someone else too.  But it is not only possible to dislike the left more than Trump, it’s easy.  The left’s pretense that it has superior values and integrity is disproven literally every day by one outrageous example or another.  Examples those on the left either choose to ignore, or never hear of. This exchange yesterday on CNN is yet another instance of their absolute two-facedness:

Black CNN panelist: “Tennessee redistricting is racist!”

White CNN panelist: “But the new district could elect Charlotte Bergmann… a Black Republican woman… replacing a white Democrat.”

Black CNN panelist: “Still racist.”

And there it is. Yet again. The “D” in Diversity means Democrat. They. Do. Not. Think. They emote. Impulsively.

The mask slips away quickly when replacing a white male politician with a Black woman is somehow still racist.

The exchange above was over Tennessee’s congressional redistricting and revealed once again that the debate is not about race, it’s about party. When Lydia Moynihan pointed out the irony (ignored in the  media narrative) that the new district could result in Charlotte Bergmann, a Black Republican woman, replacing longtime Democratic Congressman Steve Cohen, who is an older white man, Tezlyn Figaro immediately insisted the redistricting was still “racist,” despite that potential outcome.

It was a telling moment and exposed yet another uncomfortable denial. If replacing a white Democrat with a Black Republican can still be labeled “racist,” the debate is not about race but about who benefits from minority representation.

When Larry Elder ran for governor in California the LA Times smeared him, calling him the black face of white supremacy.  This same CNN labeled George Zimmerman a White Hispanic after it was discovered he was Hispanic.

And you wonder why we don’t take the left seriously?  They have no shame.  And they lie so casually.
